Every Time Get A New Mod My Old Saves CAN'T load :(
Title pretty much explains it. I like getting mods but when i do i have to start a new save!

What do you mean by 'can't'? Game crashes, loads forever? Also, what mods are you using (C:\Users\{NAME}\AppData\Local\Skyrim\plugins)? Did you install all your mods correctly, with SKSE? Sorted by LOOT?

It would still help to have a mods list, and download LOOT, it sorts your mods so that there are no conflicts. Have you uninstalled mods? Can your PC handle them?
Try to avoid using the Workshop wherever possible and got to the Skyrim Nexus instead. So much easier, with a larger variety of better mods.

Most of the good mods that are on the Workshop are on the Nexus aswell. Hows that mod list coming along?
