My game won't start for an unknown reason. (infinite loading screen)
I had about 50 mods installed before this happened. I downloaded some mods and after that my save data did not work. So I tried uninstalling the mod and deleting it, but it didn't work out. I used BOSS and TESVEdit, thinking that it might help, but no luck. This time I uninstalled every single mod and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Download SKSE Alpha 1.7.0. It important that you download that version for this.
http://skse.silverlock.org/

Then follow my instructions here:

If that does not fix your problem straight away, then we will use what Varth Dader suggested, the Safety Load. We are doing things in this order, because Safety Load would require SKSE anyway and having memory fix activated can only help you.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46465/?

Edit: You guys are fast. I didn't notice that you had already tried the mod. Try the memory fix next.

Thanks. I'm currently re-installing TESV again. I'll try it out as soon as the game's all downloaded.

There is also SSME:

I've had better luck with that then Safety Load.

Infinite loading screen is usually memory issues. Try Optimizer Textures to free up some vram.

Removing all mods like that is likely to make thing worse...

Just run TES5Edit, just load it and look at information and see if errors occur, those line/s will highlight the area in game where background loads are failing then go from there to fix.
