Problems with Skyrim
I installed the mod "Skyrim Online", a mod that should enable you to play with other persons together via internet. The mod didn't work because when I wanted to open a savegame, the game was closed and when starting a new game, the game stucks, showing the background of the starting screen but nothing happens (music plays still). After completely deinstalling it, savegames are still not loaded and a new game is not working, too! I checked the game for errors with Steam, deactivated all mods, but still it doesn't work. Any ideas other than redownloading?

maybe ask for help where you've got this mod from?

Yes, that's the funny thing: They have no clue...
Are not that mod abanded?
I believe it was removed
The mod has its own website, I found it when browsing through the internet...
Well from what I heard it's buggy as hell so usage on your own risk. I mean add a online part that means injecting a net code in the game engine that's not any mod so probably your whole game has been modified ... I think the only thing you can do is reinstall.

I am also under the impression that the mod was abandoned some time ago.
@SpeedFreak: I didn't even use it! Like I told, I couldn't get into the game because no savegame was loading... @Uncle64SwE, Two Bears: What do you mean with "abandoned"? Abandoned from where?

Abandoned as in no longer being worked on actively.
Well not using it isn't the point here installing it does the damage ...
Ah, okay... Yeah, that's right, the developer said it's not actively updated, but many users played with the mod as I saw in the forum and noone was really reporting fatal errors... I thought, the mod is okay (also, it was recommended by Gamestar or something...)
Hm... Can't understand how these files could change the code of the game, the developer said, it is just running using the files, not that it would change something in the original files...
I really doubt it, because bethesda never made skyrim with MP in mind
Yeah, but in terms of programming, it's quite simple to add it.
Without affecting original files...
