DLC problem
i just bought all three DLCs. $45. this isnt something i do often and i was really excited, but they wont work. i tried verifying the cache, i tried restarting my computers, the .esm files are checked off in Data Files. i have the .bsa files as well and all the scripts for the DLCs.
i've tried everything, but they still won't work. please help, i didnt waste 45 damn dollars for some games that wont even work.

Look in skyrim properties and the tag DLC if listed they are in the game need to be certain levels or certain triggers for them to activate.

I dont know where in the world you are, but when i bought the LE edition, inside there is a pamphlet with a key code on the back of it, just in case theyre not showing in data files, you will need put the key in steam adn then your 3 expansions should start downloading then on another peice of info inside the case is some info in playing the adon dlc your charectar gets to lv 10 first, then city huards should mention / chatter about vamps ...

....the .esm files are checked off in Data Files....
I am quoting this, as this shows you do have the DLCs and they are set to load into your game.

However, unlike previous Bethesda games, the DLC are seamlessly implemented into the game; you won't get "unimmersive" messages that the DLC have loaded.
Thus, they won't "activate" until you reach certain parameters in the game.

Dawnguard:
There is no quest immediately added to the quest journal when you first install the add-on; the first quest in the main questline is started by hearing about vampire hunters from an NPC.

Dragonborn:
Once you have completed The Way of the Voice (Quest), you will be randomly approached by a pair of hostile cultists.

Hearthfires:
All three of the new pieces of property can be purchased for 5000 gold.

Heljarchen Hall — Located in the Pale, this plot of land may be purchased from the Jarl of Dawnstar in the White Hall. You will have to complete the quest Waking Nightmare, and then the favor quest Kill the Giant before being allowed to purchase the property if Skald is still jarl. (Note: This favor has a prerequisite of being level 22.) If you are thane of the hold, you will be appointed a housecarl named Gregor. It is located in the south of the Pale, not far north of Whiterun; the closest landmarks are the Tower of Mzark, Loreius Farm and Blizzard Rest.
Lakeview Manor — Located in Falkreath Hold, this plot of land may be purchased from the steward of Falkreath in the Jarl's Longhouse. You will have to complete the quest Kill the Bandit Leader before being allowed to purchase the property if Siddgeir is still jarl. If you are thane of the hold, you will be appointed a housecarl named Rayya. It is located directly north of Pinewatch and very close by.
Windstad Manor — Located in Hjaalmarch, this plot of land may be purchased from the steward of Morthal at Highmoon Hall. You will have to complete the quest Laid to Rest before being allowed to purchase the property if Idgrod is still jarl. If you are thane of the hold, you will be appointed a housecarl named Valdimar. It is located in the north of the hold, not far south of Solitude; the closest landmarks are Ustengrav and the Abandoned Shack.
