Finding the quest

Im looking for a quests that involves 3 challenges, i think its given by a ghost ,and the last challenge is a pitch black cave with spiders and a soul gem up on a ledge,

im not sure if this was a mod or part of skyrim,

Does this ring any bells to anyone?

Its not that one Trigger ,thanks for responding to me , But now im thinking it was a mod thats no longer available as i checked all the mods on steam and couldnt find anyhing remotely like it.
