question, pls help

light armor matching set perk: Additional 25% Armor bonus if wearing a matched set of Light Armor. my question is , the matched set izzit include the shield too?? would i use light shield to enable this perk, or the heavy shield can be use too??

From my understanding the matched sets means head, chest, hands and feet.

so even i equip the heavy shield, it does not matter right?? only slow my movement right?
