I use Windows 8
My mouse is Logitech, and it takes 2 fast taps to make my guy swing a 2 hand weapon or dual.

Even with my ps3 controller, wont swing on first click. Unless I have a shield or a spell in the other hand. :/

Why? I don't mind using a shield, but I much rather use dual wielding like on ps3.
It is either click more than once, or hold it for a power attack.

Check you mouse control settings for clicking speed/configuration.

Well, I mean it is only skyrim. Also happens while using controller too.

Try googling something like "Skyrim, Windows 8, bugs/glitches". Skyrim and Win 8 do not play well with each other.

I did. It could be my computer, or I even heard the mouse could be the issue too.

That could be, I have had several logitech mouse problems in the past, usually with the buttons. Value dosn't always mean quality I guess?
