word of Power glitch/ Frain Vitality glitch.

Ive done my homework on these glitches, but it there any way to complete the Arcwind Point objective after learning teh Noth Summit word? Im hunting the words and I only have like 4 left. I got the Drain Vitality ones way later. Speaking of which, Is there any way to get rid of the second Drain Vitality shout that has 12 for all the recharge rates?
