Worst modding experience so far.

I have to admit, Skyrim is the most frustrating game I've ever modded. I had teh vsync bug, had to deactivate 3/4ths of my mods cause of unexplained infinite load loops, and now this. So, I'm having an odd issue where I cannot change any of teh color, contrast, saturation, etc. values. I started using ENB and after trying out a preset I decided to tweak it myself through the in-game menu only that half teh menu does nothing. I then resorted to using Imaginator and the retarded/buggy NPC that was honestly a bad idea prone to errors and bugs from the start simply appears for a second then disappears with me being unable to engage in conversation, even before he disappears. And, YES I KNOW about the fix, I almost never use buggy mods ESPECIALLY when the author dies/gets busy/gets lazy like MGE. So, I decided to go with the MCM version which, unfortunately, does not work either. Same as the ENB menu, I can move teh sliders and everything but the effects like brightness, contrast, saturation have utterly no affect in game.

Is one of my lighting/weather mods overriding? Here's my load order (with many more to come.)
