What nice comments have any of you had regarding what you wear?

"Phew! Is your armor made of... dragon bones? By the gods, what wouldn't I do for a set of that!" is being thrown at me quite frequently as of late.

No matter what I wear though, (even if they're fine clothes bought at Radiant Raiment), the annoying b*tch in Solitude(forgot her name) will always moan about by outfit and tell me to visit Radiant Raiment. Which is why she never lives to see me reach level 2 in any of my character saves so far.

...I do armour changes and don't check my look, all too often the first I know I'm running around in the buff is when a villager tells me

Funny enough, Taarie still says the "if youre going to the blue palace" line after you finish her little quest, and while wearing the radiant raiment itself =P.
"What?! You gave me these clothes, how are they still crap?"

While not a nice comment about the clothes you wear, I do get amused at how angry guards seem to get if you walk around in Elven armor with Elven weapons.

I like it when the guards comment on my dwarven armour
Dwarven armour is love
Dwarven armour is life
Who cares what level you are when you have swag dwarven armour

.... and the comments you'll get if you march in windhelm in full imperial heavy armor to present balgruufs axe to Ullfric ... another one out the civil war the possitive comments if you wear stormcloack armor if you present the fake plans in dawnstar ... damn if they only knew lol

I'm playing with Requiem installed, and there's no health regen without some kind of player intervention (potions or spells, I don't think there's any food that will do it - not sure what you do if you play a completely no magic character...) so my character uses a Restoration spell which gives her a constant slight health regen buff and a gentle glow. This means I'm hearing a lot of the comments which you normally only get if you're wandering around with a bound weapon in your hand - "such colours..!" and the like. It's quite sweet, really!

I've only played through the whole of the CW once, months ago, as an Imperial - I didn't think to change out of my Imperial armour (noob!) and the Dawnstar guy actually asked me something like "why are you dressed like THAT??", my dialogue option was something along the lines of bluffing that I was in disguise to get into Imperial camps, and he called me a "smart woman!"
Malak May 6, 2014 @ 1:23pm
"nice slippers".... kidding...
MistySun May 6, 2014 @ 2:28pm
LOL....a smart woman ...arn't we all ? :) Smart women i mean.

Adrienne Avenicci has the best lines I think, she shouts "Put some clothes on you damn fool!" or something like that. Classic.

If you ask Taerie if she's always so rude, she replies that no, she's not being rude, its just that if you had an bleeding wound you'd want it pointed out to you? Or something like that.

I had to admit she's got a point.
