Worried , Lil Frustrated, LE Disk Mighten be LE / Couple Questions

I did try and do a forums search, on previous topic post ive done, and i know zefram said back then

but when I put the disk which is sposed to have DB HF DG , and did a re install of the LE Disk , I started a new char just to test the above out, and in whiterun not one of the guard or anyone else and mentions any chatter about vamps ??, and about extra orphans, was going to try out the adoption thing since getting the le edition, and idk about white run , but went to solitutde only saw 3 kids there, no chat of vamps, fast travel back to whiterun to see if i could spot lucia which is sposed to come with hearthfire and show in white run at certain times I have'nt even been able to find her to get the quest she's sposed to have according to uesp,?? these are just some of things ive tried , in confirming the disk is what its was sposed to be, idk im probably just missing something, but just how sure can u be tho, ?? ive contacted where i bough it and sent screen shots, they're asking to have it sent back and look into any added conted that should be on it, o.o also ant to ask the DLC content of dg hf db, thats is just added stuff, or seperate all together, but still have to pay for it , ?

Dragonborn dragonpriests approach you usually around level 10 and same for Dawnguard a orc will approach you around the same level.
Look in skyrim properties/DLC/ they should be there(in game)
Both need these triggers to start so just play it will happen.

Well the new test char, is lv 11 and the only one who came running upto me was a courier after doing the first dragon watchpost senario, and i went to dlc tab of skyrim properties, and nothing is there, because nothing was downloaded automaticaly when i put the disk in, just a re install and a file validtaion was done =/ =(

but isnt the DLC seperate altogether, that you have o download from a site, or is something sposed to download from the disk ?

--added later, harnado's post just reminded me, with the LE Edition, should there have a been a cd key for le edition ?? --

Look at your load order, is Dawnguard.esm and Dragonborn.esm listed and checked? If not, they are not installed.

Go to games on top of page and activate product key? and then verify game they should load.
If bought through steam they do it.
If CD you do it, same place.

If you mean the data files , the only thing showing is 3 mods, , but i was asking someone in ts who also has LE said she didnt have a key none came with it, but that because i already had skyrim / steam, that i might need to completely unistall it , and re install from new disk, , her data files showed all 3 exp on her's ... so going for a complete re install and see what happens o.O ../sigh

LE will have a different product key to the original. I have the original and bought all the DLCs seperately before LE came out. I reckon that what you may have to do to get them.

thanks kelvy, bit it didnt have a key, o.o, doing a complete frsh re install from new disk, but ugh really ?? @ the buy and download the hf dg db serpertately ??
