Glow removal

so i got these icey-blue glows on my character's eyes before i created this one the other one had green glows on the eyes and its getting pretty annoying does anyone know how to get it off?

Happened to me, I just had to go and kill every single giant found in the game without clothes or weapons in order to remove it, turns out it's a latent buff that's bugged and requires you to kill that exact number of giants.
the buff doesn't even do anything, just permanently makes you ethereal and capable of waterwalking, which admittedly, can be more annoying than the draugr eyes.
also this whole post is a lie.
just in case you were wondering, except for the eyes part, for some reason I like the effect.
