Unofficial Skyrim/Dawnguard Patch conflicts?
Okay, so, I use Mod Organiser for my mod installation needs, but when I install the unofficial patches of the DLC I have it tells me in the data tab that both of them are conflicting with preexisting files and I have no idea what this means.

Please explain?

I have not used Mod Organizer but if that is your load order the patches are in the wrong order and could be why it is giving you an error message. Your load order when you have the patches should look like this.
Skyrim.esm
Update.esm
Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp
Dawnguard.esm
Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp
(All other ESM files)
Then all your other ESP files.

I agree with Minoravatar he has two flagged items both patches in the wrong order.

I have it in the right load order. I have BOSS.

BOSS isn't always right, and what minoravatar posted is the correct load order for the patches. If yours isn't like that regardless of what BOSS is doing, its wrong.

I am very aware. When I said I had it in the right order, I meant that I had it in the right order.
