NMM Mod Newbie / Laptop issue

Hi, i dont know whats going on with laptop the game and everything is running fine, I installed NMM on my laptop as i play skyrime as well my comp, and need to keep it the same in game, now with mods, i downloaded teh breezehome fully upgradeble mos and armor mod same as i what i have on my comp, and it all installed ok no issues, but when i went to go in , the load screen message popped, "this save requires certtain content, which is no longer availble, do u wish to continue load" ?? i selected yes the first time to see what it was, and my home mod was gone from the game, so my whiterun how had blanks in it ,and garath wasnt in the bannered mare either to re talk to , when i click esc n go to load, the image shows the mone upgrade, just not actual if i click load, went back out and opened nmm , logged in looked at my abodes, it was there, so i de activated it, the re activated it , that didnt do anything, after going back according to NMM every thing is where it should be just in game its not, .. on my latop anyway, game still runs fine other wise, thinking of using the tool that gopher made to use in game to uninstall the mod completely and cleanly the try a re install, ??

The missing content are the missing mod items not being in your current save anymore. The mods are not checked(installed) and the save game doesn't got the available data that was in the now missing mod.

yes i got that the save had missing items as the message indicated, thats why i tried doing a re activate from NMM, under abodes, but didnt seem to replace anything , so do a un install on the laptop of mobs and delete the save with mod on it, n start again ? reverting back to a previous usual save of basic steward save ?

Could do that. Just remember, whatever mods you have installed and activated, will imprint themselves onto which ever game save you save over.
