I thought that the annoying dragon attacks throughout the country would stop after i kill Alduin in Sovngarde -.-

Having just mastered Dragon-riding , I am so glad they did not stop ,after all you will need more Dragons if you want to craft Dragon Armour sets and Weapons and Dragon Souls to unlock all of the shouts.
The 2 addon packs also involve Dragons at some point in the storyline , seriously at higher skill levels even the Legendary Dragons are only 2 hit combos so no problem at all really.

Well considering that Skyrim mail and news delivery is a courier-based system and dragons probably eat the couriers before they get a chance to deliver the message and since dragons lack fingers or hands to loot the couriers' bodies, then no, I imagine the rest of the dragons did not receive either the Parthurnaax memo that called for them to end all dragon attacks to begin their new life of peace and serenity under his guidance, or the Odahviing memo that informs them that the Dragonborn is now their new leader and therefore should probably no longer be attacked. *sigh* Couldn't they at least give these couriers some armor?

Uhm two hit combo... no. And i have over 100 scales and over 100 bones, so... this should be enough, and i don't need all shouts. And dragon attacks, ok, but not that much! Every second fast travel i have to kill a dragon, and i just killed one and then another one attacked.

Imagine if there was only a set number of dragons in skyrim and ifyou kill them all instread of dragons spawning there will be other bosses that spawn in its place, so in the end if you do manage to kill every single dragon there will be like 5000 miraaks and werewolves killing everyone

The frequency of random dragon attacks is annoying, but that's why there are mods to fix that.
