Any mods that name items without using an enchanters table?

Doing a play through using NO magic. Not even going to read skill books that increase those skills. I picked a Nord because they have the base 15 for all schools of magic.

I do love to name my armor and weapons though. Does anyone know if there is a mod out there that can do that? Or would anyone want to make that a mod, or help me? Never made a mod but I want to. Skeptical about downloading the mod tool for steam workshop.
