The Elder Scrolls VI
Where do you think the next Elder Scrolls Game should be set? Personally I would not mind Valenwood home of the Bosmer AKA Wood Elves

I, myself, would absolutely love an Elder Scrolls set in Valenwood (I always play as a Bosmer).

The Elder Scrolls community, however, I think would rather see an Elsweyr for the Khajiit or Black Marsh for the Argonians.

An Orsinium location could be rather interesting, as well.

I'd like to see High Rock become the next location because the province feels like a kind of Renaissance/Enlightenment region. I think that would be very interesting because High Rock as a space of individuals skilled in magic could contribute to the game's main quest.

Valenwood and Orsinium are good choices as well; though I doubt Elsweyr would be an option because there have already been mods for Oblivion and Skyrim that let you go to Elsweyr, i.e. Deserts of Elsweyr and Moonpath to Elsweyr.

Orsinium is in high rock btw but High rock would be best due to its culture plus the gods themselves settled there themselves in the making of nirn.

High Rock would be nice and might conjure up the magic of TES ARENA with its visuals and background.

1 - Black Marsh
2 - Elsweyr
3 - Valenwood

That's my personal preference - but I gotta say, considering the political landscape in Skyrim - being part of a Bosmer uprising to throw out the Dominion would be a pretty awesome storyline.

A Bosmer resistance movement in Valenwood against the Aldmeri Dominion is one idea, but I don't think it would be included in the main game as part of the plot since Elder Scrolls VI may take place before or after Skyrim. It might be DLC content if we consider the time frame around the two games as the Aldmeri Dominion may have already entered a weakened state in which it is crippled and can no longer hold much power effectively. This could be due to several reasons that can explain this, such as political infighting and geographical issues that contribute to the issue at hand which the Aldmeri Dominion could be struggling to overcome. Furthermore, the main quest could be complely different from this element as it may involve a totally different plot that makes it unique among the other games that had ideas which built up to Skyrim.

I know i said that i would like Valenwood but thinking back i would not mind having a game about the Dwarves or Dwemer and how they died

its implied in the series. the most reliable theory is they found a way to make their whole race achieve CHIM with the help of the mineral Aetherium.

But still imagine seeing those Dwarven Ruins not ruins

That's another idea you could include, but I think that concept fits in with Skyrim since there are plenty of Dawrven ruins dotting the province and two NPCs, Calcemo and Arniel Gane, send the player out to fulfill specific objectives which tie into two brief questlines. There's also other quests that take place in Dwemer ruins and Blackreach, along with plenty of Dwemer themed mods. Traveling back in time to see the Dwarves is an idea that can work since it would most likely be a DLC pack for Skyrim; however, it would have to be a mod since Bethesda isn't working on Skyrim anymore because it's finished and is currently preparing for Elder Scrolls VI.

I really don't think we'll ever get to go back and actually see what really happened to the Dwemer. Most of its appeal is tied up in the idea of conflicting stories pieced together thru exploration of Morrowind & Skyrim. Actually going back and defining the events with certainty would ruin its allure.

Also no matter how much further down the timeline the next game occurs - Bosmeri resistance and tensions with the Altmer have been pretty consistent on&off throughout the history of Tamriel - so even if (more than likely) ES6 is a few centuries down the road it would still be a relevant story hook. It would fill the same spot as the Civil War did in this one - hopefully not quite so utterly pants though.

Despite all the crying I'll probably get for saying this. The main storylines of the last 3 ES games have essentially been the same. The specific details are different but the structure and major hooks are all pretty interchangeable. I highly doubt Bethesda is going to do anything 'unique' outside of nameless unknown but prophecied hero comes along and saves the world from faceless all-powerful evil. And why should they - it works!

They'll probably do Hammerfell next, but my hope is they do Summerset and the high elves involving some kind of Thalmor story line and be magic focused. I also wouldn't mind a game centered on one of the beast races, since they've gotten absolutely no love in the past from devs.

I can honestly say after playing for more than 1800 hours in Skyrim, I am sick to death of Dragons and hope I never see another one.
In the same place as always, forests and mountains.
