Hi,i just did a quest of tending the flames and got to the burning of king olaf or something like that when i go to the guy and say "The festival is back on" he tells me to wait so i waited and spoke to him again and it worked so i needed to go outside and saw nobody there i was the only one no foods or drinks so i knew it was a bug and i dont know how to skip the quest any ideas you may have about it?

Did you wait until dusk (about 8PM)? That is when the festivities start.
