Sizing walls in skyrim construction set

Hello there, i need help figuring out how to constrain a object as i size it. I know how to size it, but it just sizes it the full object. I'm looking to size the width of the wall, not the height and width together. Any mods out there allow me to do that?

As far as i know you can't, but some walls come in half width but not all, you could try shifting things around so the over hang is not seen.
