Something is wrong with my perks

So I've been playing a bow/assassin character lately, got my sneak to 78, smithing to 65, lockpicking to 50 something and light armour to 40 something. I'm not sure when it happened but it definitely happened between levels 31 and 32, these talents reset to 20 and destruction and illusion trees spiked up to 75 by themselves. I've lost some of my most valuable perks and gained totally useless ones (for the character I'm playing, of course).

Anyone know why this happened or better yet a fix for it? I couldn't load an autosave and I had done a manual save minutes before levelling so the damage was already done. Thanks in advance guys!

Yeah I run a few mods but none that adjust my perks or skills in any way, mostly graphical ones plus those large DLC sized ones (Wyrmstooth etc). But it's alright I figured out what happened, I race changed and apparently that runs the risk of redistributing your existing skill points across the other trees.

Seemed courteous :) I hate seeing threads like this and just seeing the OP say "fixed it never mind". HOW DID YOU FIX IT??!?!!?
