Getting stuck
I'm totaaly stuck in the main quest at the moment. In the legend lost quest I'm being sent to the College librarian but I get no reference to the scroll in the dialogue box. i have one scroll (blood) but apparently this is not the one needed. This also gets me stuck in the Dawnguard quest. In the mean time I have finished most of the side quests except the civil war quest so now I'm sort of unemployed. Does anyone know a solution?

You need dragon scroll.
Scroll down the Urag dialog window? I think its on the bottom.

did you do septimus outpost quest before doing main quests? In that case there will be no dialogue. In that case u can can just go to the toewer of mzark and collect the elder scroll. Should do the trick.

I did and got the blood scroll over there. It seems not possible to go back there. I can't equip the runed lexicon any more and the buttons are blocked.

Seranas mother gives you the blood scroll.
Dragon scroll - Mzark.
The buttons are blocked as you solved the puzzle OR one of the buttons is open and you have to click that a few times to open the other button.
You are supposed to put the lexicon in the thingy by the buttons and pick it up after when its blue and incribed, the case opens and lets you get the dragon scroll at the same time.
