Taller in fisrt person.
How can I make my character so, in first person POV, I seem taller? When I use console command and entered setscale .9, click on NPC and enter, they are shorter and their head is looking up at me, but I tried setscale player 1.1, or something like that, and I am taller than the NPCs in third person but in first I'm still looking them straight in the chest and they are looking at me with their heads level. I want my character to be very tall and muscular because I am not. Probaly some psychological issue there. ;)

Not sure you can, changing the FOV setting is meant to do that but for me it just feels as though my character's standing a bit further back from everything, not really that their line of sight isn't still somewhere around throat level.

not sure if this makes NPCs look up to you or not.
But might be worth a try

Use RACEMENU WITH THE PLUGIN, it allows you to change your height and other things while you create your character

My Nord stands 1.25, he is more then head & shoulders above the rest

Will it affect the weird camera positioning, though? In first person it looks as though you're looking at people from eyes mounted in your throat, roughly.

that's because the game's third-person and first person cameras are separate. Use this simple mod to increase your player height http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3265/?

I think to problem he has isn't getting his character bigger but how his 1st person view change and that the NPC are still looking at him as if his face was at the same hight as them.

You raise an interesting point, OP. The question did seem weird to me initially but after giving it some thought, I'm surprised I don't hear about this more often.

I can't think of many games that do offer height variation...or any off the top of my head...so to speak.

Thanks all. I'm so computer clumsy I have never been able to down load a nexus mod but I have a freind who has offered to help me. I will prevail, eventually.
