yes there will be a Elder Scrolls 6, but not for 2 or 3 maybe 4 years from now

There are other Elder Scrolls games without numbers and Fall Out New Vegas is not Fallout 4. If you really want to put a number on it, since it is set before the other games, and the short hand for the game is ESO, call it The Elder Scrolls Zero.

Morrowind released mid-2002
Oblivion released early 2006
Fallout 3 released at the end of 2008
Skyrim released at the end of 2011

Expect TES VI no earlier than 3 years after FO4 is released - and the earliest you can expect *that* is the end of 2015 (so end of 2018ish).
