In the world of Skyrim, LOAD ORDER RULES
SpeedFreak1972 Apr 5, 2014 @ 10:21am
not only load order ... probably some mod that is dependent on a other mod that isn't there ... or some dlc that isn't on the system (hearthfire, dagonborn or dawnguard)

I have the same problem, no mods, all dlcs, elder scrolls anthrology. It minimizes at bethseda screen and then when I click on it there is just a black window.

Dawnguard.esm, then Hearthfires.esm, and then Dragonborn.esm. is how your Skyrim data file should look like with no mods installed. SKYRIM DATA FILE is found two buttons down from play, also make sure the D.L.C.'s or mods have a check mark on

Sometimes reinstall all is the only way, because the game yesterday works great. This problem start today after the bethesda screen

Right-click on SKYRIM in your games list, scroll down to properties and left-click on it, then left-click on UPDATE and see if you are on automatic updates

Uncheck the Hi Res Texture pack 1. 2 and 3 in your skyrim data file and then see if you can get into game

My thinking is that the Hi Res Texture pack 1, 2 and 3 are meant for the full game of Skyrim with the 3 dlc's, yet you do not have the DLC's so that might be the reason for your crash

The only CTD issues I have are with Mods, though I have an issue of my own (irrelevant to the discussion)
As for the HD packs, the Numbers 1, 2, and 3 may relate to the DLC, where 1 is the base game, 2 is Dawnguard, and 3 is Dragonborn. I cannot confirm this, as Nexus mod manager lists no Master Files when I highlight any of the HD Texture Pack .esp files.

Deactivate all the Hiresxx.esp files (where xx is to be substituted for the numbers) and play the game. If it doesn't CTD, then that one isn't the issue. Once you've had them active Individually, pair them up, and see if your problem lies there.

This is the best guess I can hazard at a solution.

I CAN tell you, however, that your PC specs are not the problem. they're better than the minimum requirements.
