My Elder scrolls V is not working

Here is my problem:
I go on to steam,click play and the menu pops up( one with play,options,exit,tech support ..etc)
I click play,the menu goes away and then,nothing happens.
Ive :
-Uninstalled it and re-installed it (once)
-Deleted all my modes ( from Data and also unsubscribed)

PLEASE HELP

Check your mods for mods that require mods to work. SkyUI requires SKSE to run right
