I bought Legendary Skyrim in store and it comes with Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn but while Hearthfire and Dawnguard Both work Dragonborn for some reason dosn't can i have some help Please

You don't really specify in what way it doesn't work though. Open up Skryim via Steam and check in data files to see if Dragonborn is installed. If it isn't right click the game in your library and find the option to verify the game cache.

did you meet the requirement for starting (after seeing the greybeards)? and did you read the note?

YOU MUST meet the greybeards first, for Dragonborn to trigger

sorry about it not being clear the way it does not work is the Dragonbone weaponry works but the cultist attack that starts the questline does not happen and when I go to Windhelm to find the boat manualy the whole dock section that should be there is not and to answer your question I beat the main questline started a new game and beat it again and it still did not happen.

You can make Dragon bone weaponry, armor without Dragonborn DLC. But meet the Greybeards, do the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller quest, return from the mountain, the attack will occur. Pick up the note, read it, now or later. When you read the note the map will be updated including the dock, boat, captain. Until you read the note, nothing is there.

did you not read my post i compleated the main quest line and the attack did not occur ond you can not create dragonbone weaponry without Dragonborn

Did you read the note? That was the whole point. Without reading it, the quest won't start. As to the weapons, all you need to do is reach 100 in smithing.

Then you have left over scripting, causing a glitch. If you didn't like my other answers, you wont like this one. Delete Skyrim, all local content, now download it again. Start new game. Downloading will take a while.

Correct me if i'm wrong but i believe dragonbone weapons are dawnguard not dragonborn

sorry about that i dont know my way throught the dlcs but i will try the script cleaner thanks and if that dosnt work i have sent Bethesda an email asking about the problem one last thing, Esbern dosnt speak do you know a link to the 1.2 skyrim unoficial patch but not on nexus mods cause it never works there

What do you mean it doesn't work there? You don't have to use the manager if that is what you mean. You can download/install manually.
