Anyone know a great mod for no dragons or capping lvl for no dragons?

Like a great mod that works with high quality that does either
1) Make it so dragons arnt a thing anymore except maybe for storymode dragons
or
2) make is so max level is 19 so I dont hit 20 which makes it so dragon spawn without doing the first story quest.

Tired of dragons so asking if anyone knows of a high quality no more dragon mod. Still looking around though

Steam mod called SKYRIM UNBOUND requires you to start new game anywhere in Skyrim as anything you want to be, at the beginning you are given the option of shutting down Dragons for good.

I thought if you don't want dragons, then don't do the main quest

It can be done that way to, but Skyrim unbound lets you start a new game without going through Helgen again and again

I have to agree with every single post here, including yours, Dan... But Dragons are such beautiful creatures...alas, I know how annoying it can be when one appears to wipe out the residents of a village, and we all can understand why you don't want Dragons, they can be quite difficult to kill.

However, empathy aside...this is Skyrim, if you don't like it, try Morrowind? Or the mod that Trigger mentioned; it doesn't change the game, just cuts the God-awful intro and Dragons! :D

SKYRIM UNBOUND it is then yes? If you need help with installing mods, these guys here know how to do that too :)

ty so much i dl that mod and its great. I like scripted dragons that you fight at walls or during a quest I was more concerned about the random dragons. TY VERY MUCH good mod at the same time

Depending on much you have progressed the main storyline you should encounter less dragons. I discovered this on my second game Delphine appears to be a trigger regarding this. Once you have to go to her to get the horn back if you just say you don't want anything to do with her that appeared to greatly effect the amount of dragons you encounter. I got to level 60 wiith that character and had probably only absorbed around 15 dragon souls.

As long as you don't go past A Blade in the Dark, you'll be fine. It's after you fight Sahloknir that dragons appear everywhere.

Also, checkout 'Timing Is Everything'

This allows you to control the level at which many quests get forced on you, including when the Dawnguard vapmires start attacking (and how often) and how often random dragons spawn (if you wnat to play the game normally but without the random dragon spawns - just the normal placed ones - you can).
