water flickering help
hi was looking for advice i keep getting a weird flicker like the water goes whitish every so often and was wondering if any one else as had this problem or knows what is causing it thanks. i do use mods and have uninstalled them and i am still experiencing this problem

vsync alone will not help also buy a gamer improvement potion coffee/energy dring and chips. and let us all mail steam stray kittens

DR.Death is a regressed child. let me give you some real advice instead of non sence. i used nvidia inspector to limit my FPS to 120 aperently any more than that causes issues. i also used nvidia to force V-SYNC. hope this helps.
