Got all 15 Artifacts (no cheats) and still didn't get Daedric Walker.

I got all 15 artifacts without cheating (not easy to do) and still didn't get the Daedric Walker Achievement. This is the last one that I need and would like to know what is wrong with Steam not reconizing it! Is anyone else having this problem?

List your artifacts. That'll help. It usually boils down to three things.

1. The Skeleton key doesn't count even though the guide says it does. It's related to a TG quest, not an actual Daedric one.

2. People get the Rueful axe rather than the Masque of Clavicus Vile. The masque is needed for the achievement.

3. Some people have had issues with the Oghma Infinium being labeled incorrectly in your game, therefore, it wasn't recognized. This isn't your fault. I remember a while back reading up on it when my Oblivion Walker didn't pop for me.

This is the work around, at least this worked for me. Ill met by Moonlight has the possibility of getting two artifacts if you don't have the Unofficial patches. Go into the cave and Help Sinding, kill all the hunters (making double sure not to hurt Sinding), pop out of the cave, collect the ring from Hircine. Pop back into the cave, kill Sinding, skin him good and dead, collect the Hide from Hircine. It's a glitch in the game that gives you two counted artifacts, a nice insurance policy in case one of the others bug out on you. I had done all the quests before and didn't get the achievement. My guess is that in my game, my Oghma wasn't labeled correctly.

3. Got Ogma Infinium. Kept it to the end. Didn't get Oblivion Walker Achievement. So I figured I had to use it and did. Still no luck.

4. No problem with Ill met by Moonlight. That was my easiest one.

I have been playing now for over 1000 hours. Bunches of different characters, races, etc..

This is the only one that I have had problems with. Love the series (ALL OF THEM) Still have the original disks to all the games and service packs. Guess you can say I am an Morrowind Junkie from WAY back. Any other suggestion would be nice.

Black star counts, had it when I got the achievement.

But the quest says black star. Shucks guess I gotts do it again this time with the White Star and not Black

It's not that Ill Met by moonlight is a problem, I present it as a solution. To get the achievement, a lot of people have to glitch that quest and get both items, if you didn't, then the achievement doesn't pop for you, no matter what you did in the other quests. I really need you to list your artifacts.

Hmm, strange. Didn't work for me before =/ Had everything else. (and am now too lazy to try again XD)

Then, IMO, you needed to have exploited Ill met by moonlight for both artifacts. Similar situation to me. I had all the artifacts without cheats and the achievement wouldn't pop for me. Did everything again, except Ill met by Moonlight, which I saved for last, then did it to get both artifacts, and the achievement popped.

same here it is last will go to different save and try to get both. Do I have to save before I kill him and hircine appears or what
