I'm having a double mouse glitch, but its not after Alt Tabbing
It does fix if I restart my game, but after a few moments it will normally go back to the double mouse. I have no mods installed and its getting on my nerves and is hardly playable.

This should help your mouse issue:

I think that I installed it right because the mouse goes away for a few seconds and comes back, but when it does go away its like it disconnects my mouse, So this didn't work.

I'm pretty sure its the fact that my mouse disconnects randomly and reconnects while playing skyrim only, I'm not sure what the problem is but after I started fooling around with it, it stopped making reconnecting/disconnecting noises and just started giving me the loading mouse and then would turn into a normal mouse.

I've encountered the "Double Mouse" and found it's linked with video texture in the game.
Though mine usually happens when steam updates. I have "fixed" this in different ways.
I did find this :

I haven't tried it though.

Have you "verifyed game cache". If not do so. This will not only check your files, but when you
start the game it will check your system and reset your video settings. After it recommends
the setting, you may want to try lower settings. i.e.: If it recommends "Medium" settings, you might say no or go click on "options" on the start screen. Once doing so, you will see the selections for "low", "Medium", and "High". Select the "Low" setting. Click OK and try running the game.
If that doesn't work, i have what i call "The Spongebob Bubble Fix". (You have to do certain steps.) And like Sqidward, you might think the steps i recommend are stupid, or just won't work, they just might.
