Go to your 'SkyimPrefs.ini'

It's located in your C-Drive->Libraries->Documents->My Documents->my games->skyrim.

In this file you'll see [General], [Imagespace], then [Display].

After [Display], scroll down until you see bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 It may have a 0 (zero) after the = sign. Change it to 1, and save the file. Change nothing else.

If you follow the instructions correctly, there shouldn't be a "What If" I wrote it as simply as I could.

PS:
Make sure you only have one copy of SkyrimPrefs.ini

Eh i just installed the ENB binaries (wrapped foldier) went in Skyrim then pressed Shift+Enter and modified it like that (do use TFC 1 in console so you wont move your character or attack someone by mistake lol).

Anyway Kristo♥♥♥♥♥ if are using NMM do what bob said, if you are using MO(Mod Organizer) you need to change its own .ini files(yeah it has different .ini files so you have to edit them)

I had same problem tho my solution wasnt so easy, even tho realvision recomends realistic ligthning overhaul for some of the installs, i had better luck with Enhanced Lights and FX, RLO are alot darker unless its set up decent, a thing that i cant manage yet, simply too many sliders to adjust on and havent had time to read up every single one, but ELFX sorted my problem, just incase the bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 solution dont work for you.
