What the Hell is Wrong With Riften's Textures?

Alright. This is just a sudden thing that has popped up literally two hours ago. Everything before that time was all good. Anyway... I fast travelled to Riften and all of the textures are just awful, inside and out. I think it looks like they still have their 'distant' textures displayed. Is anyone else having this problem?
