question mark disappearance
Sometimes the question marks disappeared when I was doing the missions. For example, there's a question to assist 3 people for the thane from Falkreath's jarl. I just could not see any arrows for the direction. Similarly, there's no any arrow mark when I was asked to find an elven mage in Winterhold in the Azura mission. Is this a glitch? How to fix it?

Oh for the love of....do you really need a marker? Go help people in Falkreath. Go look for mages in Winterhold who are, hmm, I dunno.....elves!
did you have the quest selected lol, because the markers annoy the crap out of me so i just turn them off, but i kinda remember from the xbox that all the help moron markers were always there as long as the quest was selected
Guess you need markers in your real life too
OK - for MISC quest you must have the 'show MISC quest' set on the main quest journal page *and* select the specific MISC quests you want to have markers for.
There's no quest markers for the 'help the people of X' quests, you just have to, I dunno, go around and see if anyone has any jobs they need doing. If you really can't face doing that, then look on the UESP wiki which will give a list of who you can help and how (one or two of them may not be triggered by speaking to them).

And again, with the Azura thing, try doing what the priestess said and speaking to people around Winterhold/the College.
For the love of talos I mean assist 3 people in a town how hard can it be just TALK to the people ....
Generally people are falling over themselves to get you to help them. "Oh, for some reason I can't be bothered to walk over to the other side of the room to deliver this, could you do it? Thanks!"
