Tried verifying game cache?
Clearing out your mods and reinstalling them?
Using BOSS to sort your load order?
Using TES5Edit for missing dependencies?

Be very cautious when using TES5Edit. Many Mods have files that indicate the need of this (By BOSS), but many Modders say it's normal, and advises against it's use, without reading their comments. Sometimes it's a false report. I have NEVER used TES5Edit, and more than likely, never will, and I have over a 160 Mods, and my game is running fine.

Just a word of caution. :DLskull:
i didn't really use tes5 because my computer dosen't have archives

Unsubscribe from all mods.

delete Skyrim folder: Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim (kill everything in there)
delete save game folder: My Documents/My Games/Skyrim (kill everything in there)

redownload Skyrim.

Now your back to playing... :P

how many mods?
double check that they're all ticked on both NMM and in the skyrim Data Files.

make sure the .esp files and .bsa archives for your mods are present in the Data folder.

I had this same issue for the past week. All mods completely delete them, even the unticked ones, make sure vanilla Skyrim and DLC's work properly. Install a mod, see if it works. Keep installing mods and be careful of load order and do not let data files get clogged with hundreds of unticked mods
