Says I bought Hearthfire but I didn't

And that's kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on me when I'm trying to buy and install all the DLC. Whenever I add Hearthfire to my cart it won't let me buy it because it says I already own it, but won't let me install it. Please halp.

Restart Steam
Verify Cache and see if Hearthfire shows up somehow

Right click on Skyrim, left click on properties, look for tab-D.L.C.'s OPEN IT

When you buy DLC via Steam, you generally do not have to install it seperately. Once you buy it, Steam will automatically update the appropriate game and add/install the DLC. This is how most DLC on Steam works and has done so for many years.
