The trick to getting her not to get angry is waiting until you finish the story, and be nice to her the whole time. If you bring it up once you've saved the world from the bloodsuckers, she's a lot more likely to agree to cure herself.
Reload a save to before and get her cured, or something. There are console commands to make her willing to talk again as well, though they're complicated and risky. If reloading is not an option, I could find them for you.
