serana curing?

i tried talking to her about it but a monster attacked. i lost track but later tried talking to her again. whenever i bring up the subject, she says: "i dont want to go through this again" and breaks off the conversation.

what did i do to piss her off?

Basically, you brought up curing herself. Probably during the Dawnguard quest line, right?
The trick to getting her not to get angry is waiting until you finish the story, and be nice to her the whole time. If you bring it up once you've saved the world from the bloodsuckers, she's a lot more likely to agree to cure herself.

once she is cured you can get your self a vampire again and use her as blood bag ie tell her take nap and bite her neck

That's a glitch. If you choose the wrong dialogue options, she'll get angry and refuse to discuss the subject. Because your conversation ended prematurely, it assumed that you made her mad.

Reload a save to before and get her cured, or something. There are console commands to make her willing to talk again as well, though they're complicated and risky. If reloading is not an option, I could find them for you.
