Question on custom quest dialogue.
How do you make it so that your custom NPCs say their lines? It's really irritating because in the same mod I have previously done NPCs who speak their quest lines just fine. But after following the same steps (as far as I know) he refuses to speak at all. Is it because I selected a bad voice that he can't say anything? Everything else seems equal and the same yet he won't talk while previously done characters will. Thoughts?
