no but out of all seriousness, do you have any mods installed? (sorry for any horribly spelled words)

Well, does it happen everywhere, or just in select areas, such as outside cities? It might be a memory issue with your RAM or graphics memory. It might be that the RAM can't load all the Skyrim assets, some that may be required to run, and crashes.

It may also be a CPU issue, in the sense that maybe the CPU can't handle all the on-screen assets that must be processed when you look to the horizon.

Do you have a lot of programs running while you're playing?
Use this program:
https://www.razerzone.com/gamebooster

It'll boost game performance, and might solve your issue. It'll temporarily close down processes that are not required when in-game. It might help.

prolly some mod got baked into that save file.. the previous save prolly didn't have it.

This is why I keep restarting from the beginning.. since I add a mod to test it out, n remove it later on deciding it was "not my thing". So to be safe, I restart. I have to start naming save games, so I don't have to restart as often. :P

In the console, use the save "<file name>" command.

You can open the console with the tilde key ~, or the ² key on international keyboards.

Alternatively: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/365/

I used this to reduce save game bloat: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31724/

1. Load SKYRIM on your PC and load your save file.
2. Once you are in the game, open the console using the ~ key on your keyboard
3. type in the following:
save mysave 1
4. The game will now make a dump file, so you will need to wait a few minutes while the dump is generating the "mysave.ess.txt" AND "mysave.ess"
9. once finished load "mysave.ess" in your game of SKYRIM from the Load Menu
