Are there any survival mods out the like a zombie survival or has any survival elements in it?

Yes, there are mods with zombies and tons of survivla mods - like Frostfall. Just search for the things.

make a dungeon in creation kit x1 wall length by x1 wall length, no doors, or toilet. tgm/tgm... Survive that.

Zombie survival you said?

If you have Dragonborn DLC:
-Install Immersive Patrols mod.
-Raise the difficulty to Legendary if you are not currently playing on it.
-Go to Hrodulf's house in Solsteim.
-Run around the zone.

I discovered this yesterday, when I was having an excursion with my fellow mages. We ended fighting 100+ spawn ashes, using magic only. It felt like a zombie survival.
