2 Questions about specific mods

Hello, I have 3 questions regarding mods. First of all, is there a mod that can add more people to my estate house mod? Because it is huge and I want people to be in the house or outside doing normal AI routines. The estate house mod is called Bluecreek Estate. Lastly, how can I put my unwanted followers to my estate? When I click "Its time for us to part ways", they usually go to the Breeze Home, not the Bluecreek Estate.

Anyway, i know of one mod that should cover both.
It's in this collection, is near the top and is called custom family home or something similar.
