Where do you think that TES VI should take place?

there's a lot of tamriel that we have not yeyt explored. which province(s) would you like to see next and why?

Call me cynical, but something tells me that TES 6, if it is ever made, is going to be a bit of a wet lemon, a disappointment. Going down like a lead balloon, why?

I think because of ESO. Although, something of a godsend, ESO might attract the youngsters and TES 6 attract the adults (please God let it be).

Just make TES 6 for PC ONLY, (again, please God).

Quit with the dumbing down...(nuff said)

Before any thoughts on where it should be, I think these should be addressed first.

Aside from my justifiable fear of TESVI being an interactive cinematic, something Elven might be quite nice. There's a lot they could do with Valenwood or the Summerset Isles.

Edit: Actually, they've wrecked the Elven lore in ESO, so I guess something nice and vanilla would be safer.

I would like to see the TES6 set in a beast territory like Elseweyr or Black Marsh. I think it would do very well considering how much we loved Morrowind, which was a weird, alien world.

On the other hand, with Skyrim's storyline and the major role the elves played, I believe they're setting up TES6 to be in the elven territories, as mentioned above.

The abomination that is ESO which will flop immensely because of it's stupid pricing model and reliance on the elder scrolls NAME with none of the TES characteristics.

Because making it for the PC lets the developers not have to build a system to the lowest common denominator.

Well, ok, maybe a little harsh, but hey, console/ PC merging has ruined PC gaming, that's why. If consoles had keyboard and mouse function then platform merging ( TO SAVE DEV/PRODUCERS MONEY ) would be more acceptable and would actually work. But seeing as the console has like, a few buttons, it makes PC porting awkward and glitchy, look at Borderlands inventory as case in point.

Why did the PC community have to make so many mods to sort the mess out? is a question you should rather ask...though I doubt this has crossed your little console-orientated mind, has it...

ANYWAY! us 'PC elitists' aren't savages...we're elitists >.< you don't have to take offense mate, just have a laugh at it.

I like the idea of Elsweyr being a good setting. Doesn't have to be a baron desert. The tropical mod brings inspiration of a nice coastal region of Elsweyr, with sea ports to other lands (DLC potential) and tropical wildlife, yeah...could be a winner...

I don't believe that developers will ever go back to strictly pc oriented games. The sad fact is that it is so much easier and cheaper to develop a console game because consoles are all barically the same; think of consoles as clones and pcs as individuals. There is also the fact that you can put out $500 for a console but probably three times that for a pc that will play a high-end game like TES 5 adequately.

Elsweyr seems to be what most people want in the next game. (Though I hear lots of high Rock too).

Still want valenwood...

I mean, sure Khajiits are cool, but I think more could be done in Valenwood.
