I have a question.

Is there something out there that will fix blocky lips and nose? It's a little annoying. Only a little.

it has to do something with your gpu. i had it too when i played it on my a laptop a year ago with intel hd. on performance settings i will get blocky figures but it will play smooth while on quality its smooth as hell but lagged a lot.
