Steam Cloud Skyrim
~This post is more related to steam cloud than skyrim but i couldn't really find the answer elsewhere~
I just recently installed a new harddrive because the other one broke and I was wondering if I could use steam cloud to transfer the saves stored on the cloud to my new hard drive. I posted on the skyrim forum because i wanted to transfer that save file. I just have no idea how to even access steam cloud if you can.

If you kept your game sync to steam cloud all you should have to do is reload steam to your new HD and then reinstall TES V from your library. All your game info should be reloaded except for your mods if you had any. If you remember which mods you had and reinstall them your saves should function properly. That was all I did when I burned out my HD. Hope it works for you.
how the hell do you burn out your HD ? lol
so just running a random speed test will dissable your hd ? lol
running a test that isnt needed at all but just doing it over and over trying to overclock your ♥♥♥♥ maybe
if you keep your comp an a regular defragment/disk clean up then that random speed test isnt gonna do crap for you, and as its only a speed test how the hell does that burn out your hard drive, its just a diagnostic
benchmarks are completely uneeded, and for a program designed to only test your computers running speed which prob at max might be done 4 times a year, how the hell does that burn it out
ive been around comps for 30ish years and have never seen a hd burn out unless there was excess heat through over clocking and fans going out or not enough of them but it usually crashed the motherboard before the hd would go out
you know you loved the comodores :D

Just a turn of phrase, like "I fried my hard drive", I simply mean that it broke, stopped working, couldn't access it!!!

Almost the same in years then.. I started my PC (IBM compatible - another company that isn't "dead" yet) days with a 386 SX 33mhz. Before that I had an Apple IIc.

I only had some old 286 (very large HDDs btw) die on me.. or recieved a DOA drive. Usually my HDDs last 8-10yrs, and by then its deadly in need of an upgrade anyway.
Started with a Tandy PC from Radio Shack.
