Theres quite a few of the Deadric quests that have 2 options, A Deadra's Best Friend, House of Horrors, A Taste for Blood etc. Best probably to have a quick glance at elderscolls wiki for the Deadric quests to make sure you make the right choice.
The Ill Met By Moonlight quest has 2 artifacts (you only need 1 i believe for the achievement) and you can with a game glitch get both artifacts. Its probably best to save that quest for last for the Oblivion Walker achievement if something has gone wrong with the other quests---get both just to be sure.
A werevolf or vampire lord make it easier. Transorm in front of a guard (outside city walls), and run away. The simple fact that you transformed gives you a 1000 bounty. Rinse and repat in the nine holds, then maybe reload a previous save becouse now everyone in Skyrim is after you.
To get all werevolf perks with leat possible grind, buy the perks on the right branch untill you get the one that lets you feed on animals. That will speed the process a lot.
For the Oblivion Walker achievement i highly suggest you to read the wiki, so you'll know what to do in every quest. Since that method requires a lot of spoilers, you might want to get that achievement in a second walkthrough.
