Oh ok. They used to show up..maybe that was in CK...
BOSS 2.1.1 used to do that. Now it organizes files correctly again, at least my files seem to be in right order.
I think they dropped the support for a while, because of BOSS 3, but now the support seems to be working again.
If you're using SkyRe, you should probably also run the SkyRe Reproccer thingy, I've a feeling most of IA is actually set up to work with SkyRe, but the Reproccer thing makes sure that you get appropriate armour ratings and such for SkyRe's levels (generally armour ratings and weapons damage are both quite a lot higher in SkyRe).
(Blargh, just realised you said Immersive Weapons, same stuff basically applies, but things like the BOSS not recognising one of the files may be different!)
Really? I think it works well, but I always search major categories trough Google and then narrow it down in Nexus.
BOSS can be downloaded from it's home: http://boss-developers.github.io/
You can make a special file that BOSS looks at and goes 'oh, I should ignore this and leave it where it was'. I've got a couple of files that I *always* have to re-locate whenever I run BOSS, I keep meaning to add those in to the file, but I'm kinda scared to mess it up.
Gah! 7zip.. I don't have that. Does WinRAR work for this?
I certainly have used WinRAR to extract mods in a .7z format and I never *noticed* any issues, but it's not always obvious until it's way too late, so I prefer to err on the side of caution.
7zip is Open Source program, with GNU LGPL license. Unlike WinRar, it is free. There is no reason not to grap it, is there?

Edit: Seeing how gnewna just beat me to it, you have plenty of help here. Don't worry, if you are new to this modding and whatnot- thing. ;)
