Need help with mods (never-ending CTDs)
As the title says, my game always CTDs. Without mods, or (currently tried) with only Interesting NPCs and Falskaar installed, the game runs just fine. For my computer specs, here you go:
CPU: Intel 4770k i7 3.4Ghz
RAM: 16GB DDR3
Video card: ASUS Nvidia 660 GTX 2GB
those are really the more importants things to note, let me know if you need more info on the specs (in case I missed something).

Here are my mods in their unchanged order (NMM):

dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.esp=1
Improved Combat Sounds v2.2.esp=1
Chesko_Frostfall.esp=1

Ignore the "=1" I guess, it's just what the program exports to the clipboard.

I've run my game through BOSS, cleaned my esm's with TES5Edit, tried to uninstall certain mods to see if they're the root, I've already re-installed the game 3 times today, I've done a consistency check. What I'm trying to say is; help, I have fallen and I can't get up.

You could be running out of VRAM; I see lots of graphical mods/cpaks.

Also, are you using a new save when you try the "runs fine with only these mods" tests?
As uninstalling mods on a existing character and continuing to use it can cause problems.

Using SKSE? If so get the alpha version as that has shesan's memory patch applied, if not download SSME and put the two files in your Skyrim folder and see how you get on

n.b. have you tried compressing textures to save VRAM? Optimizer Textures is your friend here.

I don't even get a chance to open any saves, the game crashes on start-up. I will delete all my saves however, was planning on starting fresh anyway.

I am using alpha SKSE, so should I get SSME because it doesn't fix anything? Or just keep things as-is? I'll also try out the Texture Optimizer out.

Alright, so I deleted all of my save files, ran Texture Optimizer, made sure I had SKSE installed correctly and that the ENB files were all correctly placed. I didn't check cache integrity because I don't want to start fiddling with TES5Edit again, nor do I want to edit the .ini file (it's not much, I'm just lazy, and I don't want to tinker with technicalities too much).

...still crashes on start-up.

This info is missing from the original post.

Crashing after the Bethesda Logo [I am assuming that is what is happening] means your either missing a DLC required [I see you only own Dawnguard], or your missing a mod that is required by another mod.

Question:
Is the 3rd High-Res DLC for Dragonborn?
If yes, that could be the issue since you don't own it.

I figured it out, it was a VRAM issue. I simply used the Texture optimizer that Zefram recommended, and it got half the job done. Later I had to disable 1 mod (Real Embers one), since such a small mod was taxing my VRAM greatly (don't ask me why, that's just how it seems to be) running perfectly, no stutters, no nothing.
Thanks for the help :)

Your list shows no unofficial patches, put them in and it may help as well

I have put unofficial patches into my game many times, all they end up doing is breaking what wasn't broken.
