PLEASE HELP

IM PRETTY SURE MY SAVE IS CORRUPTED
EVERYONE IS A T-MODEL!!!

im guessing when i installed my mods then removed them the models got jacked up
i have re-installed the game twice and it does not work

I have worked very hard on this save and i don't want to start over

Do you use finis or any animation mods?

yes, but i dont have those mods installed

Run the tool (generate fnis for users.exe) again.

Think when that problem started go back to a save before it and replay from there, if OK, quit and remove saves above it, then restart playing game from that save. You may lose some of your game but keep most.
PS do you mean mods or models (NPC/followers)?
