NPCs go silent when lookign at them?
So I have this annoying glitch where if you look directly at an NPC while they are talking, their mouth will still be moving, but no dialogue will be heard. If I look away, they will continue to talk and I will miss everything they said while they were silent. Anyone know how to fix this?

Don't have a fix per se but for now you could try having subtitles on. I generally have both dialogue and general subtitles on, because the dialogue ones don't seem to include when you're talking to someone and they exit the conversation but continue talking to you/another NPC (e.g. when Balgruuf says sthg to you about the Greybeards and then he, his brother (Hrongar?) and Proventus talk about them).

do you have surround sound active and use headphones?
check your windows sounds settings, better set them to stereo sound

Do you have any mods that do not provide voice acting? Many new campaing and *ahem* adventure mods are like that. If that is the case, then you will need the Fuz Ro D-oh mod from Nexus.
