Skyrim bugs

I have had skyrim on the xbox for some time and i recently got it on pc. I played it on my laptop but the graphics were not up to par and i wanted them to look better. So i upgraded to a desktop with 32gb of ram and a gtx 780ti with a i7 4770k processor. I was so excited i could not wait to play on my new pc with everything on ultra. So i started skyrim up and i disabled all my mods and started the game. I hit new game and was ready to play. All of a sudden the horse ride started getting rough adn i started tumbling in the and flying up a mountain the sound studders and the water flickers when i walk by it same with the animals and a few other textures please help!!!

You beat me to it Grimus. The opening ride is really messed up if you try faster than 60 fps.

V-sync is not in the options menu for skyrim were can I enable it?

you can adjust it in your card's driver settings/panel

enable v-sync, limit the game to 60 frames per second. should be able to do this through your GPU software.

Look in the control panel for your drivers that came with your computer/video card.

Follow the procedures for verifying/validating installed games by Steam. It'll be in a Steam help section, somewhere, or just google for it. That will replace/reinstall your vanilla .esp.

well thanks every one since my monitor is a 144hertz it ran poorly with the texture issues but i changed it to 60 hertz to cap i and it worked thanks guys for all your help.
